Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026
Who we are
Pinehaven Ventures LLC (“Pinehaven”, “we”, “us”) operates pinehaven.io and the products offered on it, including Power Digital Intelligence, Power Queue Tracker, Data Center Academy, Crypto Transaction Log, and ReelPost.ai. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to hello@pinehavenventures.io.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Accounts are managed through our authentication provider, Supabase.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive and store your name, email, the product and plan you purchased, and your subscription status so we can provide access to what you bought.
- Email subscriptions and inquiries. If you subscribe to a newsletter, request early access, or contact us, we store the email address and message you provide.
- Usage and device information. We collect analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location from IP, browser and device type) via Vercel Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics.
- Advertising and attribution data. When you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we store campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers) in a cookie so we can understand which campaigns lead to signups and purchases. Where enabled, advertising pixels from Meta, Google, and TikTok collect information about your visit as described in the Cookies section below.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our products and this website.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, welcome emails, account notices).
- To send marketing emails you have opted into — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure the performance of our advertising and attribute signups and purchases to campaigns.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising pixels
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (keeping you signed in), attribution (remembering which campaign brought you here), and analytics. Where enabled, we also use advertising pixels — small scripts from ad platforms — to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — see Meta’s Privacy Policy
- Google Analytics / Google Ads — see Google’s Privacy Policy
- TikTok Pixel — see TikTok’s Privacy Policy
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising through each platform’s ad preferences or at optout.aboutads.info.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to perform their services:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Supabase — authentication and application database
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Airtable — storage of newsletter and early-access signups
- Meta, Google, TikTok — advertising measurement, where pixels are enabled
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Data retention
We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics and attribution data are retained in aggregate form.
Your rights and choices
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@pinehavenventures.io. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights such as data portability or the right to object to certain processing — we honor such requests regardless of location. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
Children
Our products are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or a site notice.
